 Refund Policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges.  

Items NOT eligible for a return

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more, or items in the SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE at any time and are not eligible for returns.  Bodysuits, swimwear, athletic wear, leggings, sweatshirts, accessories, hats, shoes and holiday specific items. 

 Return Instructions

  • Please email us your name, order number, and which item you will be returning. Contact@shopstaygoldboutique.com. We will email you the address that the item needs to be returned to. You are responsible to pay the shipping costs to return an item. 
  • Please include the packing slip with your return.  Please wrap the item in tissue for protection. 
  • Please read the terms below before you send back your return.

Items returned must be in perfect condition to be accepted for a refund.  All original tags must be still on item. No makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. If items are returned in any of these conditions, you will be notified by email and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to have them returned back to customer.

Once we receive your return, please allow 4-7 business days for us to process it.  At that time, a store credit will be emailed to you.  

Damaged items: Please report any damages within two days of receiving the item to contact@shopstaygoldboutique.com. Please include pictures of the damage as well.  Please understand that colors vary sometimes due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography. Linen fabrics can also have variations in the thread, because of the nature of the fabric.  These examples are NOT considered damage.
