Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.
If the order contains a Preorder item, the entire order will not be shipped out until the preorder item is ready to ship based on the times in the product description. You will need to place a separate order if you want other items delivered before the preorder estimated date of delivery.
Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If this is the case, please contact us and we will file a claim with the post office. The investigation by USPS or UPS can take up to at least 10 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the mail carriers, and we are not able to refund shipping charges if the shipping carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
